Hair Styles menu option

Is this normal? I don't remember running into this with the xbox version of the game.

I bought the Collector's Edition option for all previous collector's editions, I also bought the large crown crate with the 25 crates. Even after all of this, I noticed that I don't have a single Hair Style option to change to. The menu literally isn't even available to me (see screenshot). Did I miss something? Or are hair styles awarded a different way?

Unless you got any in crown crates /daily rewards or bought them from the crown store (there is a hair pack with a load of base styles) you won't have any to use

The collector's editions each unlock a few specific items, but I don't think any of them are hairstyles. You can see what is included by opening the crown store and going to Upgrades > Collector's Packs and then selecting the 'Bundle details' option on each one.

Hair styles can come from crown crates but it's not guarenteed of course. They can also be bought directly in the crown store, some have been included in login rewards and maybe other places too. I don't think there's any from in-game achievements though.

You need to have at least one hair style collectable for the menu to show.

The basegame hairstyle pack, unlocking all styles that are available in character creation, is one of the things that's perpetually available in the Crown store. There are also a few that are permanently in the store. Beyond that, there are some other styles that may pop into the store every so often.

Since no hairstyles are available as rewards, they will not show as 'uncollected.' Anything that is purchase-only does not show until it is purchased.
