Good question that has been asked a lot recently. I'm assuming that whatever version you purchase on pc will transfer over as you'll have to input the key you used for pc to verify account on console, or something along those lines.

As to how well this will work, given how they've handled other issues, time will tell.

I have the answer. Spoke to ZOS twice on the phone about this. Made sure to get a 100% confirmation. Anyway they said anything and everything you have on pc will transfer over if it's available on console. Meaning if later you buy a mount but that mount isn't offered on console it's makes sense that you would not have it on console. If that mount is also available on console then it will be there.

Here's what they said about preorder items and imperial edition. I wanted to make sure before canceling my ps4 imperial edition. They said all that will be there. I also asked about players who didn't preorder pc version because they did not know about the this news of course. They said at this time they didn't know how they were handling that but they will do something to make sure every has a chance to get everything offered.

There's only one thing I absolutely do not like about this besides the fact of waiting to play eso on my ps4. The thing I'm talking about is the transfer promotion only going on until end of June. I feel that any player who buys the game anytime before the console launched should have an option to transfer there characters. I feel this is bad for the costumer and bad for Zenimax. Why would they put a time limit on it?! They would be pushing away potential buyers that want to play on pc until console release, with their characters from pc.

I also think that this transfer will be a mess. I'm sorry I do have faith in ZOS but I've never heard of this before with a game, not one where there's separate servers. Which makes me think maybe just maybe everyone would share servers. Who knows.

This is clearly because the original release date for consoles was June. If you bought the game before then you are good for it. In case you are buying after that you most likely didn't even have a clue that it was supposed to be released on June. Of course those people that are aware of thing they will maybe buy pc version and start their chars and continue on console.
