Major issue completing Heart of the Matter quest

In “Heart of the Matter” my group and I get to the end where we have to defeat Ukaezai, which we do, then absorb the soul from a floating orb, which I did; the issue arises when Ukaezai reappears and the game thinks we have not defeated her. So we go for round two but she just stands there and our attack has no affect. We have repeated this process four times now after restarting the game and our computers. We are ready to abandon the quest.

Anex✭✭✭I died during the quest, came back and while attempting the fight there is NO FLOATING ESSENCE to absorb. So she just lays there and books keep coming at me but I can't do anything. Relogging is not possible without ALT+F4, coming back didn't change anything. Exiting the dungeon and coming back resulted in the same issue.1 -

BajanX✭Is there a fix for this, I'm having the same exact problem. I absorbed all 3 essence spheres, but now she just stands there. I tried it 3 times (Rebooted computer, waited 2 hours) and same problem each time. Left Bug report 3 hours ago, but no response yet.0 -
Moonchips✭✭✭Yup. Died during the first encounter somehow. Was at 100% then suddenly was at 0% HP. Now when I try the encounter, no orbs spawn for me to absorb.0

Moonchips✭✭✭Ok so apparently the heart can only absorb 3 essences. It doesn't reset if you die, so you have to abandon the quest and find the heart again. So don't die during the encounter. :P0
