why cant u fix this damn kick bugs error 318 due to msg? and those damn bugs when i cant fight at all? need to get out to cursor before u can start hit again? how hard can it be to fix this? and those damn bots all over the place? coldharbour are filled with bots. cant even do the quest, bots are taking the kills all the time?????
and for all the failure and bugs + downtime u give us 5 days?
this could be a good game, it is fun to play when things functions as they should but that seems to be long times between those moments.
Still a grudge, only to see false what u want and nothing less.

    First they didn't have to give you anything and your going to complain you only got 5 days free? Yes 5 days were actually free. Now referring to your other rages...

    The "Get out to cursor for abilities to work again". Do you use add ons? Some add ons have been known to do this. Most have been fixed. If you don't then only thing you can do is put in a ticket.

    I have not recieved an error 318. What does it say?

    They are working on bots. It won't be fixed over night or even in a cpl weeks.

    What coldharbour quest are you refering to? Do you report these said bots saying you can't do the quest because they take all the kills? GMs have been going around and taking care of bots lately.

    If you want actual help give details and not be a rage post. I assume you want help since you are in the customer support forum...

    Coldharbour is a nightmare. Infested with Bots again last night. Most I've ever seen in a game.

    Response time for keyboard and mouse clicks, buggy and laggy combat.

    Appalling.

    error 318 is, you sending to much msg, and its to prevent bot spam. problem is that i dont sending any msg. the quest name dosnt matter, u are going to kill npc and bots running around ang takes the kill. and are u happy to pay for a service u dont get? etc phone bills, u pay to use the phone but u cant use it? is that ok?

    umm you can use the game. And that error is misleading by the way. It is actually refering to too many msg requests to the server not actual chat messages.

    Why won't you give details? I just asked what quest you were referring to? I personally haven't been to coldharbour in a while to see the bot infestation.

    You do recieve the service or you wouldn't have the problem of bots taking kills. You have to have the service in order for you to be upset (rightfully so) about it.

    Again report them and zos will get to them. They are working up on cleaning up on bots and I believe I read thread earlier today said there was a gm in coldharbour the other night trying to clean things up. ZOS to report them as bots using the /help interface. It helps them speed up finding the accounts and they are looking into ways of stopping bots.

    Now to your ignorant phone remark. You are paying to play ESO. You get to play it and maybe you are having some disconnects (You didn't say how often you are getting these) and some bots taking your kills. That is 2 of 100s of things that makes up this service. Just because .0005% of the service you pay for is annoying or you are having problems with doesn't mean you don't have access to said service.
