What is the actual start time for the April 5, 2024 stream?

The news article for the livestream (https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/65747) states that it is "Starting at 5AM PT/8AM ET on April 5", while the email notification (as well as the schedule at https://www.twitch.tv/bethesda/schedule) states that it starts at 7:45 AM ET on April 5. That is a 15 minute difference between the original announced start time and the current one — is the first 15 minutes just a preview for the actual show beginning at the top of the hour, or is the show beginning 15 minutes earlier than initially planned?
