I rather have my choices matter more not less. Class based and restricted tings are nice for me assuming you can drop other class pieces like in the archive.
I tend to agree with the sentiment more and more each year, when choices are getting more like a flavour, rather than something that matters. But cosmetic wise it doesn't matter much.
i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
UP, i hate feeling like all i do is complain on the forums lol, but some decisions are weird ash and need attention; This is one of them.
Something else that has caught my attention is that preview now works again on every class when you do it through the inventory and the style page. It used to not work at all. The preview remains unavailable once you learn the style tho, and trying to preview a piece that's not from your class through the armor styles menu does nothing.
Which only confirms that there are no issues, visually, that much was obvious, but still. It is frustrating, a restriction that makes literally no sense whatsoever, especially considering the amount of effort and grind required to get the styles in the first place.
For the love of god, please just unlock them, cosmetics should never ever be locked behind class.

1000000% Agree. Doubly so with subclassing being a thing now, class locked styles and sets make absolutely no sense and are just a restriction for the sake of restrictions- which isn't fun.
