Dark Stalker passive is broken (Vampire skill line)

The Dark Stalker passive includes a speed bonus to stealth movement. It works at first, but if you die and respawn then the speed bonus stops working and you're back to normal stealth speed. Doesn't matter if you respawn via wayshrine or soul gem.

Only way to solve it is by relogging, only for it to be broken again if you die.

Hoping for a quick fix, this passive makes being a vampire worth it in Cyrodiil, but right now causes too much frustration.

I'm 100% with this. I absolutely love being a Vampire. The issue is in normal PvE content the speed increase, while in sneak, works fine for me and during the night I slip into sneak mode faster than I would at night, however, in Cyrodiil AvA this all bugs out. It doesn't matter whether it's night time I can't slip into sneak mode faster than usual. This also goes for the speed increase, after I die it completely becomes void, I'm back to the normal human slow speed. I seriously think this should be fixed.

I really love being a sneaky archer vampire

. The problem right now is, I can't PvP with it.. Well actually I "can", however I won't be as effective as I should if everything was working 100% so for the time being I'm just leveling up.

On PvE the current bugs are "acceptable" depending on your build/playstyle. On Cyrodiil though it goes beyond my mortal patience having to relog/change zone every single time after a death and risk getting stuck on the loading screen after forcing me to close everything only to try again.

A hotfix for this annoying bug would certainly be great!

PS. I heard athletics also bugs out when you die, I always forget to check if it's true though.

idd i am very frustrated especialy in cyrodill where is not like u cant die... i actualy made a nightblade vamp only for ambushing and camping q zones with dark stalker that is awesome...if u dont die><

This definitely needs to be fixed. I rely on dark stalker enough that I do re log every time I die. Which is super annoying. Seeing as how the health regen passive doesnt work either, they should turn off the negative debuffs until they get the positive bonuses fixed. The whole point of being a vampire is to get it to a higher level to use the nice bonuses, but when they dont even work....

Also nightblades concealed weapon which increases movement in stealth is also bugged in the same way.
As a stalker i have to relog every time in cyrodil after I die.
This then results in(what i am experiencing right this very moment) the loading bug which then gets me very very frustrated

Has anyone heard any official response to this issue? It's been broken now for a long time. Some acknowledgment that a fix is coming or it's being worked on would be nice. We need more and better communication on this stuff please!
