Please help. Just got banned and no clue why
I just got a perma ban notice in my email for vague code of conduct reasons. Nothing clearly spelled out. I would never cheat or intentionally break the code of conduct. I can't log in to my game or account to appeal. the link in the email doesn't work

I submitted a ticket but honestly this has to be an error. I have never exploited anything. I reinstalled my broken minion yesterday. that is the only change.0 -

@ZOS_FalcoYamaoka The ticket number is 240401-003380. I have also called and left detailed messages two times now as well. I’m disabled and this is actually making me physically ill from stress.
