I took out a Customer Support Ticket -
Question Ref # 240 - 125 - 002723 - During the "Guild's & Glory Event", asking them (in essence) to check whether I was being Stalked/tagged by either Players or Bots. I provided a few examples of other areas where my game seemed to be affected.
In reply, I received the "Standard" letter, giving me advice on what to try & I had 4 days to reply, before the Ticket closed.
I was aware that any Disciplinary matters would not be discussed & therefore was not expecting a reply.
I chatted to a few, longstanding members of my non-Trader Social guilds about the problems, then the Event ended & the problems seemed to subside.
I took no further action & the 4 days to reply lapsed.
Not long after that the problems started again in an escalating curve of severity, to the point where it is seriously affecting my enjoyment of the game. I do not want to go into the details here, in case I fall foul of ESOL Terms of Agreement.

I have a hunch that the problems mentioned above might be related to those that I am experiencing now.
- Do I need to submit another Ticket?
- Do I need to submit a separate Ticket for each problem?
- Can everything be dealt with under one Ticket?
- Under which category(s) do I submit the Ticket(s) if yes to 1 or 2.

I have only one account on PC - Main play is on the EU server, virtually daily & I play briefly on the NA server.
I have been a Continuous (recurring) ESO+ Member since Feb 2015 - 180 day initially, then the Annual one.
