Clicking on Wayshrines from the map pops up Housing Preview

Is there a way to disable port to/preview house when no houses are shown? I want to port to a wayshrine, click on the icon, and instead a menu pops up. I disabled all Addons, so this is a feature of the base UI. Is there an addon to disable this? Anyway, here are some screenshots as an example. There are no houses on the map to click on. When you just want to port.. and clicking higher on the wayshrine rarely results in a simple port ^^
EDIT: I just remembered that there's another instance this same popup occurs and prompts you to set quests "Active".. I don't seem to have enough quests at the moment to get this to occur. If I do happen on that, I'll post another example.

syberfut✭✭✭Thank you @LunaFlora! That did the trick, not to mention a few other potentially useful options!! I think another addon was simply hiding the pins but the houses were still there. Thank you again!
