Lost Prophecy Guild Recruitment - PvE focus for Trial Progression (EP; US Server)

Hello ESO Community! Lost Prophecy is gearing up its core raid team for trial progression (at this time specifically Craglorn). We're looking for dedicated, mature players to fill key roles of our primary raid team.

What is Lost Prophecy?
Lost Prophecy is a gaming guild that has held a successful presence in MMOs since early 2001. With well over a decade of experience in operating raiding and PvP progression in games such as Dark Age of Camelot, Everquest, Everquest 2, Guild Wars, Star Wars Galaxies, Star Wars the Old Republic, World of Warcraft, Guild Wars 2, and many more. You can be assured that our guild leadership has the qualifications to make your experience in our guild superior to many other guilds out there.
Guild Guidelines:
•All members must exhibit a mature attitude at all times, in general our community members are above age 30; married with children. We do not have a strict age policy, but are looking for like minded gamers.
•All members must treat other guild members with respect, and provide them with preference when grouping for PvP or PvE events.
•All members will contribute to the advancement of the guild as a whole prior to personal gain.
•All members will be required to devote a minimum of 10 - 15 hours/week of in-game time. You will find that many of our members spend in excess of 30 hours a week gaming, but we do encourage members of all play styles and commitments to apply. Exceptions for falling short of the minimum game time will be provided for real life events.
Raid / Trial Schedule
With trials having no lockout timer, we are going to be flexible with raiding in ESO. Our current plans focus on utilizing weekends as core progression time, where we can devote several hours to the process of learning and completing boss encounters. We will use evenings and off time to explore trials in more detail, and allow non-core team members to alternate in for participation.
Voice Chat Requirement:
Lost Prophecy utilizes Mumble for voice communication both in-game and out of game. Utilization of Mumble for guild activities including PvP and PvE is required.
Application Process:
All prospective guild members should submit an online application via the guild website (www.LostProphecyGuild.com). Applications will be reviewed by the guild officers, and approved or denied within 48-hours.
Applications that do not exhibit reasonable effort will be denied without deliberation by the guild officers.

Recruitment is WIDE OPEN again. We lost a lot of players due to the launch of WildStar Online, and need to back fill our raid team. We're in need of quality DPS, a solid, reliable tank, and a couple of heals.

Spire✭✭Jara - thank you for posting the update while I was out.
To give the community an update on where we are in recruitment, we are filling fast with excellent quality players, and still need:
1 Tank
2 DPS
That's it! When these slots fill, we will close recruitment until an opening is available on the progression raid team.
In addition to planning our team for Craglorn, we're doing weekly VR10 dungeon runs to build group cohesion and find where we can improve on our builds to increase survivability and maximize our DPS.

To keep everyone up-to-date on where we are with raid recruitment, I wanted to post a quick update with our recruitment needs:
1 - DPS (Preference to range DPS; flexible Melee/Range is acceptable)
All other slots have been filled. If you like what Lost Prophecy stands for, and want to be a big part of a small raid focused guild, be sure to get your application in soon.
Once applications close, recruitment will not open again until existing raid members need to be replaced.

Spire✭✭Hello ESO Community -
We've made a slight modification to our DPS recruitment. We are still looking for only one DPS to fill out our solid 12-man raid team. This DPS would preferably be a Sorc focusing on range DPS.
We are actively running VR10 content on a weekly basis to build our group cohesion, and ensure that new members are up to speed on game mechanics.
In addition, we also host weekly guild events, such as PvP (both siege and quest based), PvE Grab Bags (Dolems, Delves, Dungeons, World Bosses, etc.), and work with crafters / traders to build resources and skills.
