Today I did the pledges on my NA alt and tried to buy the random DLC shoulder for 1 key and it was not possible. I ve read about the increased Key amount you get for completing the DLC HM but i have not heard about the removal of the random dlc shoulder piece.
Is this intended and was it mentioned anywhere or is it bugged?
