You get all the pages of your class' style first, when you collected all, the others ones will drop for you so no need to switch unless you want to collect a specific style.

Yeah I got my first one from the arc 1 thoat's chest and the 2nd one from one of those random bosses than spawn past the 2nd arc mid trash packs.
I've done 4 arcs that day and didn't receive any after I got my 2nd one on the 2nd arc.
Ill do IA again today, I wonder if the first arc thoat chest is 100% drop or I just got lucky.

You got lucky. It isn’t a 100% drop on Tho’at’s chest, because each of my multiple runs yesterday went to Arc 2-3 with multiple Marauders.

You might want to hold onto something before reading this: One of my friends has gotten 3 pages 2 days ago and another 2 yesterday…
Only page I got was on my first run after the update dropped, after that nothing to this day. 😔

I dont mind their rarity that much.
What I do mind is that they are class locked.

it took me 4 archive runs this week in order to get 1 style page drop lol

got all 5 mythic leads within 2 runs though (one of those runs i stopped at the end of arc 1 lol)

RNG be all over the place, but the style pages definitely seem pretty rare, or rarer than they should be considering they are A ) bound and B ) still class locked

Do the style pages drop exclusively from Tho'at's and the Marauders' chests or can they drop from the interstitial bosses too?

Wait so let's say I'm done with 1 class and I start getting differnt one's I can't consume it on the wrong class? Like I know I can't equip it, but I can't consume it assuming it's not on the right class? if that's the case that's a bit of a yikes cause in theory while low chance I could get the same style page.

I think there’s a misunderstanding, you can use the style pages on your character, any style in the game you learn will be available for every other in the outfit station. So, if you got all Nobility in Decay pages on one Necro and decide to make another, you can apply the style to your outfit just fine. You can consume the other class styles on your Necro and they will be available for every other character of your class that can use it.

Motifs are a little different, once you learn a motif, they become available for all your characters at the outfit station, but only the character that learned the motif can actually use it for crafting. But that’s not the concern here

yea you can consume style pages no matter what. i think even the Undaunted style pages from Filer Ool are character bound.

you don't have to read style pages with other characters as the outfit styles are account bound

Right, I've since collected more pages and saw for myself.

As everyone's saying, you can read them on any character.

In my case I do not have, for example, a templar, and will not ever use that style, so I deleted some pages. (Honestly, mostly due to being annoyed, lol. Because of how often I've been in there and how common all the drops are - except the new furnishing plans. I could have just read the style pages; the end result is the same anyway.)

But by deleting the Templar style page, it stays in your drop pool and you can get it over and over and over again. Reading it will remove it from your drop pool, increasing chance of getting something you do want on subsequent runs.
