[Solved] Cannot access addons on new install

Installed ESO on a new computer and Minion. Downloaded addons but can't see them in game, nor can I see the settings for addons. I've submitted a help ticket but received a response thanking me for the feedback. Has anyone else encountered this issue and/or what am I doing wrong as I think this might be a user error. :sweat_smile:

    Looks like they are not in the correct location.

    Default Location for PC:

    C:\Users\< username >\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\< AddOn A FolderName >\< files >
    C:\Users\< username >\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\< AddOn B FolderName >\< files >
    C:\Users\< username >\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\< AddOn C FolderName >\< files >

    (where < AddOn A Folder > < .B. > < .C. > are the names of the actual folders that the addons create)

    Default Location for Mac:

    ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns/< AddOn A FolderName >/< files >
    ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns/< AddOn B FolderName >/< files >
    ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns/< AddOn C FolderName >/< files >

    (where < AddOn A Folder > < .B. > < .C. > are the names of the actual folders that the addons create)
