Manually bind a key

For some weird reason, I can't get the keybinding section of the settings to bind a key the way I want [take a screenshot with "Print Screen"]. I had this set this way, changed it, then wanted to change it back but it won't take it.
Is there a way to manually set keybindings? i.e. in a config file somewhere?
Alternatively, is this a known problem with a fix?

- Are you on a laptop? If you are on a laptop, try toggling the function button on/off or even holding it down.

Not on a laptop. Tried function anyway and it didn't fix it.- Are you on a laptop? If you are on a laptop, try toggling the function button on/off or even holding it down.

- Can you check your keybind on an alt? Don't change it, just make sure it's still set to the same key.
- Disable addons
- Test print screen in photoshop or MSPaint just to ensure that button actually works on your keyboard.
- Repair game
- If you have room, create a new character, delete the keybind, and see if it happens on this one too. I don't want you to mess up your alts too if it's an issue across the board instead of with just yours.

You might want to try moving the mouse pointer over the gray window when setting the key. Sometimes, for me anyway, the game can be really picky about mapping keys, if the mouse pointer isn't over the square in the keybind dialog.Edited by ken.mathisub17_ESO on May 4, 2014 3:53AM1 -
Contrabardus✭✭It's a pain, but you might try resetting your keybinds to default and rebinding all of them again.
Sometimes just going back to default config clears up issues like that one.0 -
