"ESO is not responding" after patch

My girlfriend's game is not responding after patching, she tried repairing but she gets stuck in the first loading screen after logging in prior to getting the "ESO is not responding" error which forces the game to shut down. Is there anything that can be done??

Turning for help here while still trying to figure it out on our end.

Yeah just gave it a try, it's still crashing.

Thanks for the response though. We'll wait and see, seems like others are having similar issues as well.
It worked for me though after one inactivity message.

Update:

It worked now after lowering the graphics for that first after-patch loading screen and got through.
