At the very least, common buffs needs to be sourced better

Major Brutality/Sorcery and Major Savagery/Prophecy need to be sourced better for all the classes.

Dragonknight - Has both.
Warden - Has both.
Nightblade - Has both.
Templar - Has Prophecy/Savagery. Major Brutality/Sorcery needs to be moved elsewhere and not onto a spammable.
Necromancer - Has NONE. Countless threads on this already. Needs to have access to something.. anything..
Sorcerer - Has Major Brutality/Sorcery only.
Arcanist - Has Major Brutality/Sorcery only.

Poison Arrow and morphs - Consider moving Major Brutality/Sorcery to the base skill. Add a HOT component to the Venom Arrow morph instead.
Destructive Touch and morphs - Consider adding Major Brutality/Sorcery to the base skill.

Expert Hunter and morphs - Should give Major Savagery/Prophecy when slotted on either bar.
Entropy and morphs - Consider adding Major Brutality/Sorcery to the base skill.
Magelight and morphs - Should give Major Savagery/Prophecy when slotted on either bar.

    Mark my words:
    1. Scribing
    2. Potion/Poison/Food reworks required due to hybridization

    Is that ideal? No, but at least half of this is coming next patch and is probably something they're banking on in the time being. I imagine they want to see how Scribing effects the classes with all the access it will give before they start making bigger changes to them.

    As it currently stands, there isn't very much options in the way of the most important buffs/debuffs.

    Degen as a universal major brutality/sorcery option.
    Camo Hunter/Inner Light as a universal major brutality/sorcery option, but only works on 1 bar.

    Potions don't give both of these things at the same time.

    The game will be in the spotlight with the chapter release, this is their chance to get new players, so why would they further confuse them with potions that only give you major prophecy, but not savagery, etc.

    What I can't see coming:
    1. Mundus stone reworks for spell/weapon damage.
    2. Class minor group buff reworks to avoid overlapping each other.
    3. Updating classes in big ways until update 43, 44, or beyond.

    In my opinion anything that gives major sorcery/brutality or major savagery/prophecy should be active while the skill is slotted on any bar.

    They have established the precedent with Tome-Bearer's Inspiration, it's clearly not OP for arcanist. Just do the same for all skills.

    Likewise major Savagery/Prophecy. If it's ok for DK's with Inferno, then it should be ok for all skills that provide that buff.

    If "managing buff uptimes" is important for some classes, then make it important for all classes and change tome and inferno to only provide the buff while active.

    It inconsistent and makes no sense to me why some classes don't have to worry about these things while others do.

    Zos thinks its a fun part of gameplay to be deprived of certain essential things on some classes. They've pretty much stated that several times before...

    All abilities having slotted bonuses should apply on either bar universally.

    Or if it's such an important skill that it is mandatory for ALL builds, just remove it and make it baseline.

    Both templar buffs are in bad places. We have many unused bad skills that can be good buffers. Radiant aura could be good buff skill and finally useful.
