Support or moderation software/ai broken?

Checked "My Support" for update on my forum account deactivate ticket.
Found some automated coding as a -response- from Support saying closed as duplicate (wasn't duplicate but that doesn't matter)

Software code sent as a response, needs fixing.

Snipped identifiables since Zos already knows them and forum users don't need to.

Note Forum software not letting me edit first post
Should read:

The only way to edit the original post on a thread we started is to click the gear next to the subject line of the thread. I'm not sure why they do it this way because it is confusing.
