I DO NOT play EU. i play NA! so for the pts all my characters lol what a joke! level 1s with nothing! and i play NA side where all my character's are!

✭✭✭✭✭Characters cannot cross platforms, which is why you cannot play your live NA characters on live EU or vice versa. Since there is only one PTS, and having both EU and NA characters on same server would cause database conflicts and corruption, the PTS flips back and forth between NA characters and EU characters to allow both player bases to do meaningful testing on the PTS.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭It's EU server's time on the PTS right now (when a new PTS cycle starts the first couple of weeks are NA, then it swaps to EU so that everyone can get time there). However, you can still make max level template characters on the EU PTS, like you would on the NA PTS, and test everything out in exactly the same way.1
