There are several bots running around in the soul shriven clothing from the tutorial, all with random characters as names, spamming the DK spear ability, between Wayrest and the Dreugh Waters area. They're running in jerky movements, in a set pattern that never varies. They even try to attack when there are no mobs nearby (I watched them kill the squirrels several times after I killed off the Dreugh spawns).

Might not be a bad time to swing by and clear them out. At the very least you've cost them whatever ill gotten gains they acquired, and removed yet another account from their arsenal.
