Effect of Boss loot drop timer with multiple named bosses?

In patch 1.06 ZOS "adjusted the time after you loot a delve or overworld boss before you are eligible to receive loot from these types of bosses again."

My question are;

In general, how does this affect the player when there are multiple named mobs in a dungeon?

Specifically
  1. Is any named mob in dungeon considered a "boss?"
  2. In dungeons where you have multiple objectives that require you to kill a specific mob is the targeted mob considered a boss?
  3. If 1 is yes how does the change from patch 1.06 affect the loot?
  4. If 2 is yes how does the change affect the loot there?

The reasoning behind my question is I seem to find no loot on end bosses or else only a couple of gold if there is more than 1 named mob in a dungeon. Granted this may just be because of the RNG but subjectively I would say that when there is ONLY 1 named mob in a dungeon I seem to always get some loot. At the minimum some items and a lvl appropriate soulgem, versus when there is more than one I seem to rarely recieve anything on the last one.

    I myself have the same questions, I was in VR2 Deshaan so I killed a WB went in to a solo dungeon immediately after that and the dungeon boss didn't drop anything, not even gold. So should we as players "ease off" and wait between boss kills just to get something out of it?

    This is a different issue than the one that I opened with and from reading the patch I would say that yes going from a WB to an Instance Boss would definitely be affected by the timer. I would hazard a guess and say this was implemented to prevent "botters" from simply moving to the next boss to circumvent the timer.

    Has anyone ever seen any similar posts regarding this question where there was a response from ZOS?

    No point in paying a company that gates the rewards so badly.

    WB and Delve bosses share the same timer. cos bots were that smart right?

    Tested this is the case, /bugged it, /feedbacked it posted here

    Expectations = low.

    I am not talking about WB and Delve Bosses being on the same timer. That is already known from the patch notes. I am only concerned here about what is considered a boss in a delve, what is not considered and if they share the timer.

    Example: in Wayrest Sewers there are several "Bosses" (if all named mobs are considered bosses). They are:

    Slimecraw (optional miniboss)
    Investigator Garron
    Uulgarg the Hungry (miniboss)
    The Rat Whisperer (optional miniboss)
    Varaine Pellingare
    Allene Pellingare

    Do all these "bosses" share the timer? Do I have to wait X amount of time before killing the next one when I run this dungeon?

    I am wondering this myself. Me and my hubby have not done many dungeons with multiple names in them, but will be soon.

    A concern I have is this:

    If a dungeon has more than one name you need to fight to get to the end name, does that mean it will be impossible to ever get any special loot from that last main boss?

    This "fix" they did is unbelievably stupid.

    It has screwed me out of more LEGIT loot than I care to admit.

    They have essentially broken their own game, basically removing the majority of loot so botters cant farm.

    What about the 99% of everyone else?

    Too flippin bad apparently.
