Mr. Freeze Outfit

Hi Everyone,
So, I wanted to know if there's anyone on here
who could help make an outfit that looks like
Mr. Freeze. Dro Motha has the blue lines going through it. Maybe mix and match? Not much selection in light armor.
It's on my whole character gear set.
I found a hood called Winterhold Blizzard Hood
but that goggles aren't quite there.
I need to know what was used to make it.😁

maybe with the frost caster hat

and a skin, either crystal frost
arctic rime
or ethertide
