    Not to mention that sorc can be quite easy, so no wonder it's popular. NB isn't exactly easy but it's popular with the PvP crowd, hence why we see so many votes.

    But yeah, the only reason I don't touch my sorc is pets, I hate them, but that may change with U41.

    Necromancer. I like their theming (I'm a goth and collect animal bones), I like them as a tank, I like the clattering of bones as I summon skellies to do my bidding. Wish I'd get more attention from ZOS, though.

    Necromancers are getting attention from ZoS for Update 41.

    Arcanist for me. And that's almost entirely because I'm a sucker for Hermaeus Mora and the forbidden knowledge aesthetic, and the eldritch tomes and such.


    Necromancer is an absolutely depressing class for me. It does not fulfill the 'necromancer' class fantasy of raising "hordes of undead" like I was initially hoping for shortly after it released. That, and I hate the idea that I'd have to give myself carpal-tunnel and basically have hand-spasms/hand-seizures just to be even remotely competent with it in anything.

    I think arcanist is the perfect solo class - damage, shields, heals all rolled into one - and I still get a kick out of the green colors (sorry if they bother some of you, but as I said, I play solo so I'm not to blame :) )

    I enjoy playing both magica and stamina version of each class, but my favorite is magica templar. It got damaging skills that heals you, purge and good passives. Perfect for soloing, not the greatest DPS or tankines, but well balanced for solo content

    It seems they dimmed the beam for other players, it's not that bad.
