Just had a game where the opponent, on their 1st turn, purchased Bardic AND Vestments. (Thanks devs)

The only card I could purchase on my 1st turn was Lesson of Ayem. That was despite there being Ritecaller in the Tavern. Of course, as we know, it's very fun and interactive to draw into war drum and have no use for the extra coin that one get's player 2.

Of course, the opponent then gets the first chance to get 6 gold and are quite likely to. So they snap up another powerful game warping card.

The designers enable this type of non-gameplay and it's absolutely disgusting.

It also seems like the 1st/2nd player was possibly changed, but is still absolutely broken. Of course we will never have any discussion about this because why would the designers actually have an open conversation with the players?

I'm not projecting that idea onto Irenio or John since I don't know them at all. Just commenting that elitism (along with nepotism which reinforces the elitism), seems like an industry norm and could explain the dead airwaves between the classes of players and developers.

I'm on the same kind of streak. Two days in a row of Tavern brick wall against every opponent. Then, the one good match I was having, my puppy had an emergency so I ended up losing out on playing a hand and it decided the match in the end because there was no recovering (puppy was/is fine, which is the more important part, but shows my poop luck right now).

The most amazing game - which I am unsure whether to rage into eternity or be impressed at the RNG - was one where I had literally won the game, seemingly, 40-5 in prestige. On the last hand, between Rahjiin prestige bullets and an absolute endless amount of luck whereby my opponent got to play every Druid and Pelin agent they ever got that entire match PLUS had Pelin contract agents constantly pop up in the Tavern that they could buy with their 8 million Druid gold, they managed to knock me out of 40 prestige and build a literal power blocking wall of agents that ultimately killed me by the hand after because all my power went to killing these agents, meanwhile the Tavern kept rewarding them with power contract cards and Pelin contract agent cards to come back and beat me.

After 40-5, which should have ended the match. It was very tempting to just uninstall ESO at that point. But, nah, the game definitely isn't imbalanced or anything...

First match of the day, going well finally, and ESO server boots me to main menu claiming to check my Internet connection. My Internet that is replaying a meeting just fine, so my wonderful luck yet again showing up.

Another ranked loss and now a 10- minute deserter penalty thanks to ZOS’s servers.

@DragonRacer what server are you on? I've been getting booted a lot to main menu lately and my Internet is running everything else just fine. I'm on PSN.
