Why is that important? 10 years of TESO and maintenance days and people keep asking "Why?" instead of being patient.
They are fixing, adding, adding in advance for stuff coming, etc., same usual things they have been done for 10 years now.
Just wait mate. No need to keep asking the same questions for 10 years.
Just wait. It's simple stuff.

I think people are just fed up with things never really improving and staying the same. 10 years in you'd expect ZoS to have maintenance down to a fine art by now and as such reduced the downtime. Alas.
