Player constantly harrassing, 3rd ticket sent

Hello,

I have sent 2 tickets before with video proof that a certain player is harrasing me. Both answered but this player is still harrassing me in game. I have sent a 3rd ticket just now again with video attached, this time they are on a different character but it is the same account name. Any staff member can help me please it has become very annoying.

1st ticket: [240115-004760] with video proof.
2nd ticket: [240127-001913] with video proof.
3rd ticket: [240225-001824] with video proof. You can find all the details in the mails & tickets I sent.

    Hi, yes it is 240205-001824. Just opened it today.

    After my ticket I logged in twice, and this guy is still after me. Recorded both of them again if it is needed.
