Remove the 10% damage buff from base Concealed Weapon

Not sure why ZOS decided to buff this ability so much that it has a higher tooltip than Dizzying Swing, which is supposed to be one of the highest tooltip single target melee spammables in the game, but without the drawback of a 0.8s cast time.

Okay, so they firstly removed the 10% overall unique buff from it and added major beserk instead, if you acivate another skill, now they removed the major beserk from it and only added 10% to the skill itself, which is again a nerf and you want even this left 10% skill damage removed???

It isn't a nerf lol. Concealed has a higher tooltip than live version, and NB can just run SSC to get Major Berserk back if they want.

Ah i see you might see it from a PvP aspect. I dunno much about PvP. I am mainly PvE Player and for us this is a huge nerf again unfortunately. Maybe they should find away to change NB skills which doesn't effect both game aspects that much.

They should at this point. It could be "deal X% against NPCs" or something like that

I would second this change as well. Concealed weapon is VERY strong on PTS right now.

And as Static has mentioned the ability has a larger tooltip than an ability with a cast time which is absurd.

To put this in perspective. The Sorcerer buff to wards needs to be adjusted because it's strong. The duels I've had with nightblades this PTS the nightblades are able to pressure me through this massive shield and heal.

Really need volunteers of other classes to come test things out because I've only been able to test with Templars, other Sorcs and Nightblades.

So far nightblades are really the only class that's able to pressure through the shield versus just catching me with it down. Which shows how strong their damage is with the changes.

Id hate to see the Sorcerer buff brought into line without Nightblades damage also being brought into line as well.

This class damage buff has been tossed around for several patches. I recommend that the nightblade class damage buff be returned back into the passives where it used to be. It needs to be procced by attacking from flank as it was a few years ago.

I can't understand at this point, why they don't just make it apply against monsters (non-player enemies) only.

If it had that restriction, they could make it +20% or even +30% and really buff NB for PvE properly, but they really seem to be refusing to do it, like it's just some stubborn pride thing at this point...

If it was monsters only, then the invisible/sneak requirement would have to be removed.

What if it was +10% damage done to monsters all the time, then if you leave stealth/invis it gets a bonus 10% damage done by NB abilities against monsters for 20 seconds. This way cloak could be like a pre-buff for PvE, cloak once before a fight and get 10% bonus damage done by all NB abilities against monsters and 20% bonus on concealed itself against monsters.

Being 20 (or 25) seconds, that should be long enough for all trash fights and the 20-25 seconds for a flat unique 10% damage done by all NB abilities against monsters should more than make up for the damage lost by casting cloak once every 20-25 seconds during a boss fight, especially since it affects ALL NB abilities against monsters, not just concealed. Combined with cloak giving major prophecy/savagery on cloak allowing it to be slotted on either bar, allowing for back bar use while still buffing the front bar.

Imo ZOs should finally introduce PvP and PVE split weapon skills...
All this wining of either one of the players is just making the game unstable for all, over years :-(

First A (PvP players say this is bad), ZOs changes it, then afterwards B (PvE players) complain again, making it change again which then makes both upset and so on :D

I must be missing something. Does surprise attack not apply the sundered status effect damage? If it does, that amounts for more than 10% of its damage, also gives armor shred for increased damage overall on the target, and grants 100 wep damage, with guaranteed crit periodically. That makes it the better morph now by FAR.

So, I must be wrong. It doesn't apply the sundered damage???
