A year ago today, I was so excited to learn that I was one of the Taverns & Tales sweepstakes winners (
see https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/63115). Unfortunately, I have still not received anything, and customer support is no longer even responding to my messages.
My interactions have been as follows:
- On Jan. 27, 2023, I received an email from teso_help@mailmw.custhelp.com and immediately responded with the requested information.
- On Feb. 2, 2023, I received an email from support confirming that I had provided all of the necessary information.
- On Apr. 24, 2023, I asked for an updated and got no response.
- On Jun. 16, 2023, I again asked for an update in the original ticket and created a new ticket with the same question. I eventually got the following response:

- On Dec. 16, 2023, I asked for another update in the original ticket and got no response. I also asked whether it would be possible to simply trade the prize for something else since is had been so long.
- On Jan. 10, 2024, I repeated my request in the original ticket and made a new ticket (since this seemed to help back in June).
- On Jan. 13, 2024, my new ticket was deleted without explanation and no response was provided in the original ticket.
- On Jan. 16, 2024, I created another new ticket under a different category and have still received no response.
I have had so many good interactions with support over the years (Mykael is still my support hero), but I am very disappointed by this situation. I am not really sure what to do at this point, so I figured I would come to the forums. Last time I was here, it was to join my first guild... (before guild finder existed). I wish I was coming back for a better reason.
