Are motifs dropping from infinite archive on Sony yet?

I've heard people are upset about not being able to even use the style pages of class specific armors from the IA on a class it doesn't belong to. Does this mean the pages dropping? I've ran the archive daily for about a month now and haven't come across any pages yet. Lots of leads and I have every equipment piece for my class, but no pages yet. I'm on PlayStation.

It is only on PTS right now.

and to make matters worse they style's from the pages that drop for the class styles will onyl be usable on that pictular class i.e. the nightblade mask STYLE (not the gear piece) can only be used on Nightblades
and this isn't due to some techinal limitation, case in point you can preview the class gear styles on any class on live atm, but on the PTS, noooo, it's restricted

That is no way to strengthen class identity!
