Elemental susceptibility and the vampire undeath passive

The most over performing skills in cyrodiil. Master duel wield got changed, but these two are way worse in terms of over performance and the amount of people running them. Elemental susceptibility is free and now does more damage with two of its damage types getting buffed. If anything make it cost something instead of being free. Undeath is the undisputed strongest damage reduction skill in the game for what it enables.

For every player you see using MDW, you'll find maybe three to four players using undeath and elemental susceptibility who aren't using it. There's a lot of organized group players, "stats only" players, NB's, ranged setups, etc, that rarely would use MDW, but the vast majority of them will take advantage of undeath and often ele sus with an ice staff. However, undeath and elemental susceptibility don't announce themselves on death recaps, so I guess they'll continue to be the real meta for almost any kind of build that you can think of.

+1 I think it's funny how Elemental susceptibility isn't getting as much talk as opposed to the proc sets. Yeah the procs are bad but the skill is insanely powerful for a free cost. Even the last iteration of susceptibility was strong where it rotated between the 3 elemental effects every 6 seconds.

Back then you could just spam the skill to re-roll for a new debuff and get each effect ticking, which is admittedly weaker but very negligible seeing as that cost you nothing.

Having a 7 second down time between the debuffs activating on the current version means NOTHING if you can just re-cast the skill to get the debuffs back. If we are to keep susceptibility the way it is, it should NOT ALLOW you to re-cast and get the debuffs instantly, that defeats the point of a 7 second downtime if you can just easily get around it.
