Make Grim focus a damage over time ability and not direct dmg. Good for PvE AND PvP.

So the NBs in pve and all others in pvp are happy.

    Its the hardest hitting ability in the game (pvp) and as it is rn with all the other assets NB has it only leaves the choice to build your own NB in pvp. This will kill diversity, something i thought ZOS wanted to strenghten, and will lead to pvp being overpopulated with NBs.

    No thanks, then nightblade would have no burst damage to kill anyone in pvp

    No burst? Incap/conceiled wp? Even with this changes it would still be the burstiest class in pvp.
