No Transitus stones visible. You can bump into them though. And this is the view of Temple Chim trying to talk to Protector Galiel. Can't interact.

✭Yeah, same experience for me. The transit shrine is missing right when I enter cryo. After riding bit I found the scroll temple is mostly missing. Then it was the same for everything else. Even the poor bear was just standing there with no cave to be in. I submitted a bug report for the transit shrine, but really it's everything.1
