No Transitus stones visible. You can bump into them though. And this is the view of Temple Chim trying to talk to Protector Galiel. Can't interact.

Yeah, same experience for me. The transit shrine is missing right when I enter cryo. After riding bit I found the scroll temple is mostly missing. Then it was the same for everything else. Even the poor bear was just standing there with no cave to be in. I submitted a bug report for the transit shrine, but really it's everything.
