Can DK's Igneous Weapons get the Siphoning Strikes treatment?

Nightblade Siphoning Strikes now restores resources on demand and passively provides healing on both bars for light attacks. Dragonknight Igneous Weapons gives the Major Brutality/Sorcery buff and not even passively. How about adding something to light attacks to make this a more viable slotted skill for a DPS?

✭✭And I misquoted what Siphoning Strikes now does, it actually provides a heal per second just based on dealing damage, no light attacks required.1
