Oakensoul ring missing? have you had the same issue?

Hello everone.
So my story is as follows. I get my scyring and excavation to lvl 7 then go and collect all 5 leads for the oakensoul ring. I scry in the correct area and sucssesfully excavate the Oakensoul ring or so i thought. Check my inventory and the ring isn't there. I check my antiquties and now i somehow have four of the five leads still, the Petrified loop is now missing?. So i contact support my reply from them is "you haven't got the petrified oak loop and need to go and find it again, we cannot add leads to your account". So i go to Murkmire again and open hundreds of boxes over the next few days and the petrified oak loop is nowhere to be found. So after many days of trying to loot the petrified oak loop i give up and contact support again. The second reply i get from them is, "You have GOT the petrified oak loop it's the other four you have missing" which i dont understand because i can clearly see the other four leads on a countdown timer and the petrified oak loop is blank with no timer. So now i waste days trying to loot the other four leads and give up again they dont drop because i already have them. I download an Addon that tracks looted leads and it clearly shows i did indeed loot a petrified oak loop so i contact support again They say " although the addon shows you looted the petrified oak loop their investigation shows i haven't, and we do not officially support addons".
So over the next few days i'm still trying to loot the petrified oak loop hundreds of lock boxes later and still no PETRIFIED OAK LOOP. I have contacted support once again and my ticket has been waiting for an agent to answer for days. All i want is the ring to complete my build.
Could someone advise me what to do next please I'm actually in my 14th day trying to loot this lead.

✭✭✭You say at the beginning you excavated the leads but later you say you can see the other four leads on a countdown timer?
That in itself is very odd!
I would start by excavating the four leads showing on the countdown maybe your excavation of the petrified loop counted and for some reason the other four didn't.
Failing that I would probably run a game repair incase there's some corrupted files somewhere.
Edit:- If the addon you are using is Display Leads you can set it to specifically look at the ring's leads status. If you set it to "can find" first box at the top left and "oakensoul" third box top right and I think in the middle box "all zones" it will then show the status of all the leads for that mythic, it might shed some light on what is happening!

I have mentioned i have tried to re loot the four leads support say i have missing which i cannot because i already have them, see screen shot. The screen shot shows i have four of the five leads after i already excavated the ring? i shouldn't have any leads left after excavating originally.
I have repaired the game which made no difference so i completly removed eso altogether from my pc and downloaded a fresh copy. Still no change can't loot the petrified oak loop 14 days later.Edited by Ealodor on December 4, 2023 3:22PM0 -

✭✭Going back through - I just want to be sure you understand how it works.
Each lead you find you need to excavate separately. You don't find all of the leads and then only excavate once and get the mythic.
I think you have found all five leads, but only excavated the first one, which then removes the lead as waiting to be excavated and shows as coloured in on your screenshot and your codex entry 1 of 15.
Excavate the other 4, when you have excavated the last one it will automatically combine to be the oakensoul ringSoupy twist1 -
