Should Stone's Accord have a longer BUFF duration?

I want to keep this short and sweet the buff from this set lasts 4 seconds and the magic return is every 5 seconds I believe that this set's buffs should last at least 10 to 15 seconds to make it worthwhile. Looking at it at first glance It's a set you would use on your back bar instead of the front bar. Developers, can we please increase the duration of this set's buffs to make it viable?

✭✭Definitely would make the set viable, I see no reason it should have downtime, but that could honestly be said about a lot of sets in the game.0
