We have been having fun exploring the world and recently got our battleground quest the other day.
However, now we are not even 5 battleground matches in and getting repeatedly destroyed by a mob of werewolves.
We are queued in the under-50 battlegrounds and for new players, this is totally broken and unfun. There is seemingly no defense to it.
They just run around killing all the game and don't do the objective.
Doing a quick Google seems to indicate that has basically always been a problem and now I think I can see why it takes so long to find a battleground match. This is a huge turn off for the both of us and will definitely stop us from playing any more, at least battlegrounds for sure but also in general as the normal combat is so easy that the bg's had offered a nice bit of a challenge in between overly easy open world combat.

This compounds with the stats that low level characters get anyway, so it's not hard to stack an insane amount of Maximum Stamina at low levels, which in turn impacts your damage done.
If I had to propose a solution to this, I'd suggest that the skill scaling be flipped — let the skill only give +30% at low levels, but also let it scale up to +45% (the theoretical maximum, if you could be Level 0) Maximum Stamina at Level 50 instead. It makes no sense that a skill gets weaker the higher you level up.
Flipping the scaling would make the issue less prominent in Under 50 PvP — remember that part of the issue is this skill compounding with the extra Maximum Stamina that low level characters naturally get — and this would actually help balance Werewolf in the state it's in with the rest of the game.

Werewolves are trash tier once you hit 50.
The reason they're so good under 50 is the combination of how crazy strong crafted gear is under 50, and the fact that low level werewolves have pretty much everything they need when compared to low level classes. Tbh it's a little weird that some players feel validated by staying in under 50s to prey on new players but who am I to judge.
The solution to the problem would be to adjust the way crafted gear scales when you're under 50. Would fix all the people that smurf in under 50 BGs and Cyro just to get their kicks beating up on baby seals.

It sounds more like a low level scaling issue. I clearly remember players complaining about under level 50 Cyrodiil and how people are "smurfing" it.
So maybe they play as WW just for lols as I kinda suspect that a low level DK with all skill points unlocked would wreck even more havoc.
