So if Skingrad is the next Zone, what do you want/expect/hope for it?

Wonder what they will do with Bravil. Presumably it’ll be zones with the Niben bay? It’ll be an awkward setup with the playable area that’s left is across the river.

Hopes:

A more grounded zone that leans more on politics and intrigue and less on magic that shows the Imperials having some success and considering attempting to rebuild the Empire that allows the player to make some choices that impact the story.

Expectations:

I'd expect it to be a cross between Blackwood and Necrom with a bit more nostalgia.

Having seen the teaser with the big chapel to Julianos shown in it, I would like a lore-heavy sidequest featuring same. Julianos gets a lot less attention than the other Divines, it would be nice to learn more about him.

Above all, I'm hoping for a great story (perhaps a continuation of the one in Necrom, since it's unfinished).

I'd also like them to return to group events like dolmens, harrowstorms, and volcanic vents. Ones where you can casually join with other players to get dailies done. I don't want to see something like the Bastion Nymic again.

I really like Imperial areas in Tamriel, so if it's Skingrad, I'll be happy with the location.

Like a lot of people, I have long wanted access to more of Cyro that isn't locked behind PvP. So I would be greatly annoyed if they limited part of the new map to PvP. That being said, I think it would be great if they added new content to the existing PvP zone in conjunction with this chapter.

I hope they strike a good balance between giving us enough to see that's familiar that it will evoke nostalgia, but enough that's different from what we've seen before that we can speculate about and puzzle over what has changed through the eras. There's no way to strike the perfect balance that will make everyone happy, but Ideally there will be some element of both.

Furnishings, furnishings, furnishings: bring on the new furnishings!

Costumes: I'd love to see some clothing that is more... humble than what we have seen for most of the Imperial costumes so far. More rustic, or at least provincial, not just Imperial City finery. (The one exception that I can think of that we have already is the dockworker outfit.)

Side quests: as others have suggested, I would like to see plenty of side quests that are related more to Imperial culture, religion, and daily life, not just daedric themes or even monsters of the week.

Well maybe imperial sewer home for the "theif" character. Maybe within a Outlaws Refuges (Skyrim theives guild type of home from Riften). There was a quest going down in riften with Lyris Titanborn. Not that I remember which quest.

She mentioned she might travel to Skingrad at the end of the Markarth dlc. She didn't give any details, though.
