Access Code, can't log in

It's asking for an access code again after I put in my password and try to log in. Can someone take a look?

    You are probably typing your password wrong.

    Nope, tried several times. We've had this before with the log in server not allowing people in for some reason.

    II've opened 2 tickets for this problem, which has been intermittent since the last maintenance, and I have no login problems with my account on the official website.
    Following the first ticket, the next day it worked again, without knowing why, then it became a problem again yesterday !
