There's an existing thread here which suggests adding a zombie skill line in the World category, which might be a better implementation than adding it as an entire race. It might be worth looking through that thread for inspiration for this one, though.

sorcerer also has daedric magic, it's not nonsensical to have a class focus completely on daedric magic related to one prince and their realm.
zombies aren't a race, anyone could be turned into a zombie.
