Social Ban more than 72 hours for sending mass Guild mail

Hi, I am GM of a guild and was trying to send a mail to all guildies using add-on Godsend. I have done this at least weekly for 3 years. On 1/1/24 I got thru maybe 20 mails when a social ban was applied. It has now been over 72 hours. I have put in multiple tickets to no avail. If/when I ever get back my abilities, is there a better mass mailer to use that won't trigger this?
