I can't turn off ESO email ads

Three of my family game accounts are prohibited from logging into ESO's official website and games, which makes it impossible for me to turn off ESO's email advertisements myself. I want to turn off ESO subscription ads, what should I do?

Try blocking the email address that's sending the ads.
