Bosmer have had nothing at all beside their couple of base game zones. It's about time for some Wood Elf themed stuff.

The bad news is, it won't be a full Bosmer chapter as Valenwood is already done.

The good news is, that doesn't mean there won't be some Bosmer presence ... (:

Falinesti is still missing, there's existing islands outside Valenwood's coast, and as we saw with High Isle, they can definitely add a bunch of island as chapter zone.
[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!

Of course at the end of the day, they can do whatever they want.

I just needed a reason why it couldn't be Bosmer-themed without saying that I know it won't be Bosmer-themed.

Vivec: Worse, buddy. They're buying it.

I want a bosmer themed expansion where all the wood elves talk about how great they are at being stealthy, while zos continues to make wood elf passives be the worst at stealth.

Don't forget how they will also point out how they are better at stealth and stealing than khajiit, who has buffs for both.

Meanwhile the khajiit is all, well we got great eyesight even at night and are very agile...and the bosmer got those buffs.

I'm hoping they use the time travel technology and do a full on Skingrad with parts of current Cryrodiil in a different year to flesh out Cryrodiil better.

A walking tree is doable with the the giant moving technology they have built these last few chapters.

Please for the love of Y'ffre make it Bosmeri themed. The Rictus island chain, Rahjins realm with falinesti in it, imga return.

Add some of the fantasy that is Valen, centaurs, fae, ect

There is so much they could do with wood elf lore.

Also I'll pay so many crowns for a bosmer themed housing and new furniture.

That would be great. Without the imga.... never had any use for them (or little monkeys either - except to get bananas from).

I really hope it’s a rework of cyrodiil and possibly reach men as a new race. I’m hoping the testing was for this, to make cyordiil a giant pvp farming zone with updated cities and a major new pvp update with the factions.

I don’t see any point in adding another human race unless and until there is one with some difference in physical attributes — like the Akaviri perhaps. I think it’s a shame the Bretons don’t look just a bit Elven, rather than being the roundest featured race in the game. I thought they were depicted so in TES III.

Mainly just for a new set of passives, but it would be funny if females had a 2nd option to become a hag if reach men was a thing lol

Genuine apologies for an unpopular opinion (!!!) but I do hope it's neither wood elves nor Redguard. I can't stand the wood elves for their contrived "generic country folk with mystical woo woo" writing (and acting). It's like fingers on a blackboard. And the Redguard lore is so poe-faced and the personalities so far so insufferably self-serious that a whole chapter of them without MAJOR changes would be like watching paint dry. I honestly think both races are the most poorly conceived in the entire Tamriel get up.

Again, sorry, it's just personal taste!

I'm curious to see what gets made of this. They weren't especially like that in older games, whereas Dunmer have really let their hair down since TESIII. Which is funny because Redguards in TESV were about 5-10 magic skill points away from original Dark Elves. This goes to show that if the developers don't like the base game Redguard ethos, they can easily drop it.

Am I the only one thinking that a "proper" Argonian chapter where we can see ancient un-destroyed Xanmeers and a huge Mayan / Aztec inspired city would be cool ? I mean, every time ZOS decided to do something related to argonains, it was always either about slavery, misery, death or very primitive tribe culture (primitive even for tribal stuff). So if they would take fresh & different approach and show us something that we never seen before & something that was never done before, I guess it would have huge potential & would be quite awesome. The map is empty in a lot of places.

I feel like Murkmire just scratched at the surface of the Argonians and Hist. It wasn't even a Chapter. :disappointed:

Agreed! I liked many aspects of Murkmire, but it didn’t do enough to show different aspects of the Saxhleels — I mean it’s a good DLC but it’s not a chapter. And learning about Keshu is quite the frustrating tease for me! I get that many aspects of ancient Saxhleel society and Duskfall are going to remain mysteries, much like the disappearance of the Dwemer, but we should at least be able to learn something of what contemporaries know!
