Beginning to review what I can do beyond this forum to submit complaints regarding this issue. Ridiculous.

Lost count now. No idea why this keeps happening, I mean it gets resolved via the ticket submission system but I have no clue what triggers it. No addons, or anything. Nothing.

You will need to submit a support ticket. Once you've done that, if you post your ticket number, one of the crew can take a look and make sure it's in the right place.
