Quest Tracker will not Turn off - Settings > Interface > Quest Tracker >OFF

No matter how many times I toggle the Setting I cannot get the Quest Tracker to turn off.

It may be an issue with write permissions. Please try the steps in this article to see if they help.0 -
SpaPooP✭✭Well I can't seem to sort it and I usually can.
Its not a Write Issue as all the Addons Off/On and settings are holding.
It only stays off with ALL Addons OFF.
I first disabled all Quest Addons - then I also disabled any generic addon with any possible Quest Tracker/Display Settings inside.
When I do leave addons loaded it is not immediate when loading into Game from Character Select - is is not visible and then very slowly it reappears. Like it is fighting its way back to visible
I guess I'll have to do an entire one by one Addon activate to dig into where it could possibly be coming back from.
