It may be that the addresses are not set correctly and they need to be updated to the correct ones. You will need to contact our support team using the Account Recovery form to correct your email addresses and receive the access codes.

Just to confirm, have you followed all of the steps in the "What do I do if I'm not getting the Access Code emails?" article, such as adding our email address to your approved senders list, checking spam/promotions/social folders, and checking your firewall/antivirus settings to make sure it's not blocking certain ports? If not, I would recommend doing so and then requesting a new code.
