    If the access code is not showing up in your email after multiple days, you may need to get your email address updated with our support team.

    It may be that the addresses are not set correctly and they need to be updated to the correct ones. You will need to contact our support team using the Account Recovery form to correct your email addresses and receive the access codes.

    Wrong, my email has been working properly for the past two years, its your system not sending the codes as it should be

    Just to confirm, have you followed all of the steps in the "What do I do if I'm not getting the Access Code emails?" article, such as adding our email address to your approved senders list, checking spam/promotions/social folders, and checking your firewall/antivirus settings to make sure it's not blocking certain ports? If not, I would recommend doing so and then requesting a new code.

    i've done all that, and still not receiving,requested a code yesterday and again received nothing

    I've tried, all i got was the generic copy and paste response i got from you, no offense. I was told the exact same script

    Yeah this is your system not sending, I tried with my second account and didn't get an email (3 hours ago), created a new account with a different email and not getting the access code there. Fix your mail service/messaging queue please.

    While submitting a ticket will grant you the most thorough solution, during the time you are waiting for an update you can try a couple of things, if these happen to apply to you:

    • Check spam folder
    • Check Social and promotion folders in case it’s a Gmail account
    • If using a firewall or antivirus, disable these before requesting a new code
    • Open the ports through the firewall
    • Add noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com and noreply@elderscrollsonline.com

    Add noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com to the safe sender list

    Check for any filters which could be removing mails from noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com that might be preventing mail from being routed to the inbox.

    I have also not received an email confirmation code, nor can I log in to my account on elderscrollsonline.com - I still have access to the forums; however.

    I've sent in a ticket but I wasn't sure what to do next.

    Update: so I'm not sure what happened but I'm now able to log in to the game and my account.

    I haven't received a ticket in my inbox though, so I have no way of replying to that with a secondary information request.

    Hey

    I've been trying to log back into the game since Saturday after taking a few months off, but unfortunately I can't get an access code to my email address.

    I have already tried all the tips, but it did not work. Furthermore, I can't change my mail address either, because I would have to get a code for that as well which, again, will not be sent.

    I have also opened a ticket, asking for help and so that the mail address gets changed.
