At this time last year as a still relatively new player I stumbled across this wonderful example of the best in this community and though I had very little I so very greatly wanted to join in. Being new though I found it rather intimidating reading wishlists of things I, at that time, could not even imagine having the means to give; So instead I gave of my time in a way that would hopefully help everyone Veteran and Newbie alike to join in the spirit and this year I happily do so again.

For a less experienced player seeing someone wishing for a crown store item or a million gold or any of the other things less experienced players cannot even dream of there is a tendancy to think 'well there is nothing of use I could possibly give to such a person'. If that sounds like it might resemble you then perhaps a simple list of names is a less daunting way of getting in the spirit of the season for those of lesser means.

Just because the young 'uns are ill equipped to fulfill the loftier season wishes doesn't mean they cannot get in on the giving. I am sure every player would appreciate an extra soul gem or repair kit or even just a single fish and the chance of getting a perfect roe from it, most of all everyone will appreciate the gesture of giving regardless of the gift itself.

With that in mind I have once more compiled and sorted all of the in game names so far given in this entire thread and will keep it updated each day with new names as new people post. I encourage everyone who sees this post to open up the spoiler for your platform and pick a random name or two and send them something. Do it just for the joy of giving and know that a gift, no matter how small will always brighten someones day... often it will even brighten the day of the person receiving it as well .

Please note: In Game @ name and Platform are reproduced as found in this thread and may or may not be valid.

In order to bring some method to this madness I have sub categorised within each server to the page the name was originally found on. I have also added a category at the top for names that have been expressly thanked by other users as an extra shout out, this doesn't mean they are the only ones who have been giving as most people reply to their gifts with thanks in game ( If they reply at all ).

Making a New main which will be Arcanist so extra inventory space would be very useful as a start.

Pretty much good with everything but customizing 4 houses to the Alice in Wonderland theme for my new permanent main [Try and Guess based on who].
Any gold will be used for Furniture and trades for furnishing crown packs to Housing Editor like the Valentine Crown pack which won't be here until February.

Also put Candy Canes in Hot Coco and will become a addiction like Skooma

[PS, if your interested in seeing progress of houses I can friend you and tell you when I have made progress but say in the mail if you want too. Be working on it in Jan since be the month I be making the New Main.]

2023 ESE Gift Exchange Collation of Participants

What I am really posting about now though is, at the risk of trying to herd Alfiq, something of a call for assistance.

Last year we had a couple of truly legendary gifters who made sure each and every person got at least one of their wishes; It looks like those fabulous people may not be in a position to continue their good works this year. I unfortunately am not able to take up that daunting task and I suspect very few of us are but what I can do is the same thing I did last year and make sure every single person here from PC / NA gets a humble goody bag with compliments of the season. I would love it if I could get a couple of volunteers from the other Platforms and Regions to do something similar and am happy to act as go between to coordinate those volunteers.

The goody bag I will be giving out this year will come with a cute little New Life themed poem and includes the following...

• 3000 Gold
• 3x Soul Gem
• 3x Repair Kit
• 3x Un-Filleted Fish
• 3x Dubious Camoran Throne
• 3x Witchmother's Potent Brew
• 1x Imperial, New Life or Deep Winter Charity Writ

I don't expect any one person to be as nuts as I am, doing this for all 100 odd PC / NA peeps, but if we could get a handful of folks who could handle making up a dozen or so of the above care packages for PC / EU they could share the load. Consoles should be a little easier to manage by a single volunteer for each platform/region.

Anyone interested and able to help on PC / EU and any of the consoles please send me a personal message on this forum with how many care packages you can manage and I will send you a list of @names to send them too. I am on the forum a couple of times each day to update the collation post so should be able to get back to you relatively quickly.

Also just a general reminder that anyone can get in on the giving no matter how rich or poor you are by just choosing a random name from the Collation of Participants list and sending them a few fish or some soul gems or a couple of kind words.
