Crown Item Missing, But Can’t Submit Website Ticket
I purchased the Furnishing Pack: Necrom Garden and the Statue: Thirty-fourth Sermon. 6k crowns taken out, but only the statue was in my inventory. Submitted ticket via Xbox console in-game. Tried to submit online using the website and the help screen forces users to create an account and will not recognize existing accounts. 2 bugs for the price of one.
