Merits giving improperly levelled rewards

The Undaunted merit gave Fell Bracers (Level 50), and the Mages Guild merit gave Ebonthread Hat and Jerkin (Level 50). The Fighter's Guild merit correctly gave a Rubedite Cuirass (Level 50 CP 160).

Fighter's Guild Merit - Ornate Ebon Axe (Level 50)
Mage's Guild Merit - Ornate Ebonthread Robe (Level 50) and Ornate Yew Lightning Staff (level 50)
The other equipment (set equipment) from all the merits was Level 50 CP 160
So, it appears that Ornate equipment from merits is incorrectly levelled.
