LunaLolaBlossom on psn.
LunaFloraBlossom on pc.
you can get blackwood and high isle from the crown store, gifted or bought by yourself.
and you can buy the necrom upgrade instead of the collection
edit: sorry i just read it again and saw you already have those,
you can get the other chapters you dont have by getting them gifted by other people or buy them in the crown store

so you have necrom blackwood and high isle but none of the other chapters.
right so if you bought the base game. then bought the blackwood upgrade but not the blackwood standalone then you didn't get all the chapter that came before it. same goes if you then bought the high isle and necrom upgrades. this is what i think you are saying you did. you want to buy the necrom full game that contains all the chapters that came before it. yes you could do that.
It could be diff if buying throguh steam.I know if you buy the full on an account if you own the non-steam version, and it'll give missing ones.If you remove eso from steam, you'd start from scratch and not have eso+ on nonsteam one unless you pay again I think, not 100% sure.Might be beter to buy crowns when on sale for missing dlc,or have someone gift older chapters ingame.

I know that if you are on PC and you have a part of the game package directly through ZOS and buy a newer release on the same account with the base game and other stuff included, not all of which you have, then as long as you are buying it on the same basis i.e. directly through ZOS then the new purchase will add the additional content you didn't previously have to your account.
I can't speak for the situation if you play through Steam or on console. I also have no idea about foreign language versions and don't know what the OP's screenshots are reporting.
